Reclaiming Bioethics?

Well, just quick question, how did you re-claim your bioethics skill after rebirthed?

I made a biochemist, which when she was still an alchemist i already did the bioethics quest for her, but didn't take any of homunculus skills [rest, summon homunculus, etc since the skill points were used up already and i was aiming for biochemist anyway]. But when I came back to Kellasus [base 66 job 22], he said the same thing like when the quest has already been completed, but I didn't get my Bioethics skill back. I searched for some places but I can't seem to find anything. Did I miss something here?

I don't know if it's the same but when I made my stalker I reset it to 1/1 high novice and went to talk to the close confine NPC after I hit stalker again, they talked to me as if I already had the skill.

I emailed gravity and they told me it was a bug and fixed it, when I logged in I talked to the npc and he gave me close confine~

Talk to the Biochemist job change in the Trans area (ie. Valkyrie area).

After you turn bio just talk to the bio npc again.
