Traumatic Blow

Traumatic Blow has a chance to cause the Bleeding effect on monsters, except for Undead and Shadow monsters. Bleeding monsters will continuously receive an extra amount of damage for a specific duration

Now it says on iRO's site that at lvl 5 it'll do 300% additional damage. Is this just 300% more damage than your regular attack, or is the person affected by Traumatic Blow going to take 300% more damage when in bleeding?

It's likely it's the first one, but I am just wondering because the description is a little confusing.

thread hijacking, tramatic blow always has a 50% activate rate correct?
also is strength and vit the stats that will resist getting bleeding by this skill?

if just str or vit, how much vit or str does it take to make a % of resistance or the combination of both stats thanks.
