Just curious, I understand you can only cast it in the delay after DS, but do you manually select the target (i.e. could shoot something other than what you DS'd) or is it like TK kicks/monk combos where you simply hit the button and BS the same target.

Leveling would be something like DS DS *kill* BS *kill* DS DS etc...

It seems like a cool skill to use with enough support and it doesnt take much to whip out a high level hunter.
