ME HP spots.

Well basicly, where do you enjoy ME'ing stuffs ?
I'm looking for interesting maps that I might have missed, the exp ratio isn't especially important as long as the map provides something fun like loots, crazy mobbing or w/e!

I find Geffen Dungeon level 3 enjoyable. The Blue Herbs and random (mostly worthless) rares keep it interesting. Also quite a few OBBs if you're lucky. There also seem to be more mobs than in Nifflheim, thus making it funnier.

I'd assume Cursed Abbey will be amazing for MEing as its FULL of monsters. It's not really soloable, though.

Geffen GD is always nice even though the job EXP sucks hard. The game is really lacking decent ME-maps though. 11.3. update makes the situation a bit better, but you'll still have to stick with so few maps.

I don't even have an ME priest but some places I would think might be fun would be Tamruans, Medusas, Kiel Hyre, Odin, or Thanatos 6 (Owls). Those places have annoying non-MEable monsters and probably don't give great exp but I bet they'd be fun to try. Is KH2 any good?

Yuh geffen3 is pretty nice, aswell as medusas are awesome exp.
I'm afraid TT6 is a bit far and bothersome to bring all the needed chars to open the gate, and restock 30min later (no gym pass on my server).

I'm soloing c2 lately, killing wanderers and it's not bad at all.

Search a monster database, and find demon/undead/ghost monsters :-)

These are rough rates on my 9x ME HP, with a spiritual ring:

Geffen 3: 2m exp / hour base
Geffen GD: 4m exp / hour base (Using 120 int here)
Rachel sanc hydrolim map: 2m exp / hour base
Niffle 1: 2m / hour base
Niffle 2: 2m / hour base (It's so empty these days.)

Other possibilities I didn't try yet on my ME HP, but I can think of:

Tamurans (Needs a peerless headgear, but didn't try cuz of no job exp).
Medusas (Need medusa shield, which I don't bother to buy).
Kiel dungeon lvl 2
Demon pungus map (Need medusa shield, which I don't bother to buy).
Skogul / Frus map (No job, again).
(Harpys ?_?)

I don't think TT6 will be anywhere near efficient... I guess you need 2 or even 3 ME's to kill the owl barons.



Looking forward to Nameless dungeon... I hope I can proove that leveling solo there is quite possible for a lvl 90+ ME HP. Let's see ;) Or maybe I'll just fail miserably ;D Hopefully those euRO slowpokes will finally implement it soon.

There have been several videos of ME HPs soloing there on nicovideo, but I would assume partying with a mobber is a lot more efficient. Soloing Necromancers must be pretty damn good EXP though :)

^that looks pretty ideal. I don't mind that u can only level thar 2 hours for every 12, a couple hours is the most i prefer to level in a single day.
Also has anyone tried ME'n Lk's or SinX's in bios?

Someone in my guild (Arcturos/Taiitsukun) has done the bio demons but I'm not sure how he did it... I think he had a wizard with him?

i had sinx spawn as well, but its slow cuz of the other monsters, like geffen gd solo :/ had gtb also to lure away hwiz.

@Cherub Resin Acturos* , although I had SinX / LK Spawn, wasted too many bgems on SWing myself and re-casting ME. And always hated the random SD in the face when silence wears off. Sometimes I just found another HP to duo stairs with, but Niff/Geffen3/Brit gd were less risky

Anyway, back on topic: I did solo Sinxes too sometimes on my ME HP, but yeah... it's just not worth it. You will die due to small mistakes, or even stuff such as a sniper spawning in you and raping you right away with a sharpshoot on your hell buckler... Too risky, and there are other good alternative that are less risky. The EXP is not too great in there either.

Nameless Island is a good ME spot

the problems comes when banshee is one of your target

her mdef will make her one of the hardest to die in the first few levels

usually i'll utilize +9 Staff of Piercing when i play ME

whats the best/good setup in terms of gears when going to nameless. Thinking of actually starting to play again :)

And to stay on topic... i did 67-96 in a few weeks at gef gd. Now i have been 96 for 3 years almost..

Headgears: you can use anything you want but for me i choose slotted hats so i could slot in Kathryne Keyron Card to reduce my casting time

Shield: i use Orlean's Plate/Orlean's Server combo with Orlean Gloves or Gloves or Orlean. the buckler i'll slot it with tirfing/ogretooth card to keep me alive there longer without switching different bucklers. Provides MDEF+2 and not forgetting the 5% reflect all magic to caster. That effect has saved my ass few times when facing Kathryne Keyron

Accessory: Orlean Glove or Gloves of Orlean with slotted Zerom Card, the glove itself provides Dex+2 and MATK+3%. The combo of Orlean's Plate/Server and this gloves reduces your casting time by 10%

Armour: Robe of Orleans or Orlean Uniform which allows me to ditch Phen Card. The effect is that it increases magic casting time by 15% but makes your casting uninteruptable and its slot able. you'll only be able to get this armour from banshee so for the time being you could use any other armours to stay alive with phen card

Robe: I'll use Wool Scaft[1] when i have the chance and its dropped by Banshee. i guess using the normal Raydric should be ok unless there's another better card anyone could recommend. if don't have those i guess the old traditional Muffler or Heavenly Maiden Robe will do temporary

Shoes: I'll use Tidal Shoes[1] which is dropped by Ragged Zombie. The combo between Wool Scaft and Tidal Shoes gives a boost to HP Recovery + 5% and increasing max hp by 10%. If don't have these shoes then i guess the old tradiotional Shoes or High Quality Sandals will do temporary

Weapon: Staff of Piercing which doesn't have any slots but provides MATK + 15%, INT + 4. By default this weapon ignores 10% of the enemy's Magic Defence but the amount ignored will increase depending on the refine rate of the weapon thus giving ME a little boost

Discarding Phen Card and use Kathryne Keyron Card slotted in a +9 headgear and combo of Orlean Plate/Server and Glove of Orlean will boost your casting time reduction by 29%. The combo between Wool scaft and tidal shoes gives your high priest another boost of 10% max hp.

Take note though when going there.. Banshee and Zombie Slaughter are two dangerous ones at the nameless islet and first floor of Abbey Dungeon... Banshee is difficult because she has strong physical attacks and her magic defence, do also take note of the Evil Land or also known as Dark Sanctuary which heals her while doing damage to you. Zombie Slaughter has his painful Sonic Blow attacks. At later floors you'll have to beware of massive Zombie Slaughters and Necromancers.

We just got the update... and seems expwise Anubis > Nameless (for a solo ME HP)

well yeah, that is true that Anubis provides a significant higher exp compared to the first few floors in Nameless

and also counting in the time taken to taken down or kill a Banshee compared to the time taken to take down or kill a Anubis

but will also have to take in consideration of the occurrence meeting Anubis in Sphinx Dungeon when there could be other players there hunting also

Trust me... anubis map is atm PACKED with people on our server. The update just came to our server last thursday, and I tested it out on friday. The exp I reached with so many people there was still ~4m / hour. And I only got TU3, 120 int, 1 luck, and no gloria.

Oh and I was btw talking or nameless level 3, to solo there. I have gotten myself a teddy shield for that map, and it works out quite well. But the exp just can't beat Anubis. So yeah the only reason for me to play in nameless 3 now, is for the drops, and for partyplay.
