do the cards in the axe/mace you use for HSCR and Cart Revo work for what your attacking? Like a 2xbloody2xboned axe with HSCR or Cart Revo do dmg like just normally attacking? and do status cards do their status effect like curse while HSCR or Cart Revoing?

+% modifiers do not work with HSCR. Only raw ATK.
+% modifiers will work normally with cart revo, it's just an attack skill. Status effects will trigger on all enemies hit with the revolution.

Revo also doubles your chance of inflicting status since it hits twice.

Wasn't that assumption proven to be wrong a while ago?
Using moony dagger or such.

No revo does hit twice. Hit a joker with revo. You will see that there are 3 possibilities for damage. 1)Full Damage 2) Half Damge 3) Miss
1) Both parts of revo hit the joker resulting in full damage
2) One part missed while the other connected
3) Both missed.
If you want further proof, take a quad status axe with you to pvp. Find a guinea pig to stand there and get hit. I garuntee you that it will take less revos to proc. the status effect than it does normal whacks.
Moonie Dagger is not the same thing as Status inflicting weapons. Both parts of revo have an equal chance of inflicting the status on the target, while the Moonie effect does not produce double sp.

Sure I know about the different hit calculations, but the test with moony dagger seemed plausible to me.
At least it feels like cart revo has a higher chance of e.g. cursing someone in woe. Never tested it recording curse/hits chance though.
