Start of new WoE WPS quarter and semester.
No quest updates.
Internal Network update to allow for future proofing RO.
Network/Server modifications to lessen the Time Gap problems.

I know this was from last weeks maintenance, but I am still time gapping badly. Did I need to redownload a patch or something to get it to be less frequent?
