All instructions are listed there. It may give you a blank page upon submitting order, but it seems to acknowledge that you have already ordered some if you try to resubmit it. Enjoy!

It seems to hate my Firefox. I kept getting 404 errors. Then when I used IE it told me I'd exceeded blah-blah-yadda-yadda please wait 24-hours ... just thought other people might wanna know.

Actually I got the same 404 error, and when I tried it again it told me (if you read correctly) that the registration went through. I'll check again tommarow I guess, but I think it was the same blank page error IE users got.
I used IE hoping I won't get the same problem as FF users but it gets the same message :p

I got the error page too for the wiimote "jackets".
Its funny because I got the WiiConnect24 blue flashing disc tray thing, went in, saw the announcement, used the Internet Channel, and the page failed to load on the Wii.
Way to make your site compatible with your own system Nintendo, or the fact that Opera sucks, but yeah.
Now I have to wait 24 hours to "resubmit" or whatever.

Ohh sweet. But wtf is a Wii Remote Jacket? Is it kind of like those Skins that 3rd parties make?

Well, I got the 404 error before I could put in anything like an address so I doubt my order went through ... unless they're going to locate Edwiina (my Wii) via satellite and GPS! :D
Wait ... that's a scary idea.
Nack~

I dunno if you've checked the link or not, but it has a small diagram/illustration and a description just saying it's to protect the circuitry iirc
Edit: The description on the UK site reads as follows
The Wii Remote Jacket provides a cushioning effect if the Wii Remote accidentally strikes a person or object or is accidentally dropped or thrown. Use of the Wii Remote Jacket is meant to supplement, not replace, the basic gameplay instructions: keep a firm grip, don’t let go of the controller, use the wrist strap and make sure your play area is free of people or objects.
The Wii Remote Jacket also serves as a cover for the Wii Remote, and has been designed to be added and removed easily, in case users want to slip their Wii Remote into an accessory like the upcoming Wii Zapper. Nintendo recommends players use the new Wii Remote Jacket as a cushiony shield, though the current Wii Remote is a safe product when used properly.
