Animation Lock?

It is a bit interesting for me is it possible to lock mob durring ESMA animation? I am planning to have at least 112 total dex (1/4 of cast time) so Esma cast time 0.5sec.
Can combo Estin-Esma(repeat) will stop monster?
I have no eswoo in build.

As far as I know, it can be done... However, a gatling GS may have more sucess... Although the animation lock won't stop the monster from going near you

i dunno if it's possible or not, but generally when i Esma something, the monster kinda hangs up there during the 10 hits but it seems to be moving toward you after the first hit. after it finishes, the monster look like it hasn't moved, but then it will just APPEAR next to me, like a lag spike.

so the only point to have high dex is to kill monster why he is moving to you?
So may be it is possible to slower monster if spamming estin-esma combo fast.
