Staff of Destruction should now give the proper 25% Matk bonus instead of 10%.
Hugel Festival manager is going on vacation, no further tickets can be traded in at this time.
Old Hunter Guild NPC (pay_fild10) is now gone, and clearly viewable is a sign directing aspiring Hunters to Hugel.
Novice Training ground now has starter gear again to help aspiring adventurers. These items have no zeny value.
Double Exp continues through to 7/22.
Kafra mall Sale begins, sale on many of the popular adventuring items.
Two New Kafra Mall headgears are available! (Pink Beanie / Fish Head Hat)
Kafra mall lady has hired an assistant, one of them Handles consumables, the other the non-consumables.

They meant starter gear as in when you take the test and choose whatever you got, you received free Falcions and Battle Axes and stuff.
