I`m just curious - does KE-barrier being damaged by Magic in WoE/PvP/PvM? Or is it remain at it`s current condition before magical hit?

If i remember correctly magical damage will take away KE hit charges but wont block the hits.

Only magic spell that will remove KE hits (not charges) is Holy Light, and it doesn't need to connect (i.e. misses on GTB/AR).

It all removes it. Stuff like SG/bolts does too, but not instantly like HL, the hits there actually seem to count.

Like Boxy said, all magic spells will take away hit charges.

The only one however that will actually remove KE instantly and entirely is HL, which doesn't even need to connect. HL = Not hit charges, but just "hits" (the equivalent HP amount KE was protecting).

SG seems to do that as well, on misses. It cancelled my KE1 (5 hits) when I wasn't wearing unfrozen, so I didn't take more than 3 hits from the SG itself.

That's pretty cool, I guess all magic attacks (save HL which just removes it) reduce the count regardless of whether they hit or not. Can't really find a way to make it practical for a wizard to remove KE entirely though.. if there were a deluge, or someone was trying to recall in luina 2 on level 3 ent, WB would remove KE pretty fast so someone else could stone fling/some-low-damage-ranged-skill..

I wonder if SG removes the hit charges when you're standing on ME, because I remember this happening to me but it could have just been the timer running out, since I only remember it once. Or if it removes hit charges on stealthed GTB stalkers running around, or if stacked SGs remove 2xhit charges.

The HL thing is right in the skill description.

Kyrie Eleison is immediately canceled if the Holy Light skill is cast on the shielded character.

In woe instead of just casting KE1 on assumptioed chars, maybe also throw a HL after to cancel the KE1 too? Not like that does much anyway.

I KE10 HL if I don't feel like scrolling down to KE1 since strings are always present, and it's usually only spare people who are assumptio'd. In pvp I have KE1 and not 10. The HL aspect was never being questioned though - still wondering if GTB stalkers in stealth are losing hit charges, because that's actually interesting.

Didn't the description used to say Holy attacks in general?

Has anyone tried to see if holy attacks/Grand Cross breaks it? (Not like it's really major)
