Adjustment aka Gunslinger Panic question.

I`m curious abouy this skill - in it`s description in Doodler`s guide on 10.4 episode written, that it stacks with other long-ranged equipment and cards. Does the Panic aka Adjustment affects magical damage as well?

A test would be in order here. I'd assume it would work just like other longranged damage.
