Question on Homun. AI

Im kinda new to the AI aspect, never done it before.
Can someone explain to me what I need to use it and where to install it in detail please? Everywhere I go just sends me in circles and doesnt tell me anything.

Download "mirai_v1_2_2" and "control_panel_for_mirai_v1_2_(en_de_it)_R3"
Unzip the files in the RO sub-folder AI\USER_AI
In RO, type /hoai
To customize settings, run the control panel (exe-file)
