- Changed the overweight message from the payon arrow quiver npc.

Sakray R Server

- Removed the Alberta Cool Event Corp NPC (*The kRO mobile item npc).

- Changed the novice training grounds to be in line with the renewal experience curve.
- Changed skill cast times of many skills.
- Changed the level and abilities of many monsters.
- Lowered the amount of job experience required for second class characters.

- Corrected the monster level distribution image available on the RO homepage.

1. prt_fild01: Target level 88 -> 38.
2. cmd_fild01: Monster name 'Green Iguana' changed to 'Grove'.
3. geffen: The dungeon from the Geffen water fountain 'Ancient Gefenia' is now marked (Lv 120 ~ 130).
4. umballa: The north umballa dungeon 'Niflheim' is now marked (Lv 100 ~ 110).

Since the todays kro patch is only about the renewal server we should discuss this patch in the Kro renewal update-topic (http://forums.irowiki.org/showthread.php?t=15359).

I dont think anyone wants to discuss how the overweight-message from the payon-quiver npc was changed since there isnt that much to discuss about this.
