Oh boy only 23985732 points to go. On this topic, I believe that there should be 'seasons' on the various class ranking boards. When a season is over, points reset and everyone must climb up the leader boards again. It would give a chance for newer players to experience being ranked. I think I've seen maybe.. half the people on the TK ranker board and know for a fact that two of them are done for good. Same goes for the blacksmith board as I know a number of the current ranked blacksmiths are gone for good. Or maybe after a period of inactivity from a ranked smith/TK/alchemist they get removed from the board to make space for active people? I don't know, thoughts?

Somebody was helping a sin get exp at 98, so I asked nicely and got into their party (Trading links for buffs and such). After I joined up they decided bringing a smith in would help the sin level faster /gg. It was a sorta small party but the damage output was very nice.

I use a quad dex survivor's rod and hide clip usually. My immune is floating around somewhere.

+5 Advanced Mini Propeller, +5 Coat of Champion, +7 Cranial Guard, +7 Mocking Muffler, +7 Soul-Enchanted Shoes, +4 Dagger of Counter, Earrings. No pure Elu in bRO, mind you. +5 Bone Wand not on the screenie.

He's sort of a funky battle/esma hybrid (PVM only, obviously). Got the AGI, STR and DEX while leveling as a TK and now I'm working my way towards maxing INT. Planned to get 80 AGI then a little more DEX, but I might get some more STR instead (at the moment my Esma rarely gets interrupted even with my low flee and lack of DEX bonuses).

Skills: Estin, Estun, Esma, Eswoo, Kaina all maxed; Kaahi lvl 3, maybe SL Spirit with my lefotver points. I suppose I can skill reset if I ever decide to do WoE (though my survivability would be rather questionable).

Gave up on leveling at Louyang (way too crowded in Odin; I teleport around for 3~4 minutes until I finally find a "free" Mi Gao), so I'm currently leveling in Umbala field - Wootan Fighters. I Estun->Esma them and finish whatever's left with my Dagger of Counter. Tumbling + Dagger of Counter against Stone Shooters. Map's almost empty and the exp is surprisingly good.

Most fun I've had in months playing RO. ^^

The heat nerf didn't effect damage - just the aspd at which heat would hit. Regarding the damage, you might want to direct your attention to his 190 STR and pure heat build.

Thats one person party. Also you can't use a 3x abby book cause you'd loose sp. I use 0 items to lvl on that map. no pots hp or sp. I own a 3x abby book which I use on mini valks and thats about it. The dracula book is 2x abby dracula now. I had to wait for another AK card to sell. Doing optimal damage isn't really necessary since I'm basically unkillable asides frus and skogul.

His build is built specifically around destroying skeggiolds without wasting any sp ever by never missing, the more common build is 99 str, 1-30 vit, 60+ dex, and the rest in luk. Sometimes int if you think that the sp is that important but most will tell you it isn't as helpful as luk or dex, it's all a matter of opinion really.

I personally plan to have 90 base dex on my TKM if I ever level him past 95 and then if I ever come into posession of a drac card I think it'll be fine for skeggs.
At 99 though, I'm still going to be missing the blue skeggiolds by 20% even with buffs.

That looks fine to me. If you wanna make a WoE linker (without pure leeching) and have some real life cash, the best way to do it is level it esma until you wanna stop, then switch over to pure support. Stat wise, you can get by with it, and thats pretty much the build I'd use for that kind of leveling.

Yea I counted 10 scholars doing nothing in my case. Being the only linker in a whole alliance is gay. Now if only because of that I could get some sp items? If I could re-do it I would probably cut my vit. Honestly I see no purpose in the vit. I outlive my guild, but its not like I can actually do anything.

Perhaps we can get a Dancer playing Gypsy's Kiss for you - I know it helped my Linker a lot when I played him in WoE.

You noob Silly. Wtf? Why so much Mdef? What's the point of Kaite then!? Haha, kidding. I personally like having regular sups and use a cran gaurd on my linker to I can reflect more.

And I have just the same amount as INT as you and I still have to blue pot/ask for SP from scholars day and night when Kaite/Kaupe-ing the alliance. -_- But it's really nice for Kaahi because you can tank for quite a long time without blue potting.

My linker is fun. Though a lot of it's skills are very MvPish. And wtf SL link 4!? No wonder my link died in WoE all the time. >=(

I played linker a bit differently than others, I guess. The only time I really Kaite other people is outside the emp room and when I got in there I did everything in my power to get to the wizline with a breaker to do the most damage a linker can do in an emp room. Otherwise I'd have to wait for CP to go down and whatnot to do what I can, since they're so fragile anyway.

Question. I'm planning on making a TKM, and I looked into the mythical lion mask... holy wow, it seems great *.* 10% to stun and +atk? Defence is nice and slotted too. Is this the headgear for TKMs or not?

Also wondering on some ideas for equips... or is it just "lots of str stuff!" sort of thing?

^ My TKM has ~100 Agi, bare-hand his aspd is ~189 and with books is ~186... IMO, the superior damage of books(cardeds correctly) is worth the lose of aspd.

I see, well with your attack speed i imagine that you'll get a decent activation rate on stun. In my experience I didn't really get much use out of it however. I found Heel Drop to be better for stun since it stuns regardless of the opponent's resistance while the stun inflicted by the lion helm IS reduced by the victim's vit.

edit: also, the confusing rocards description is what we have in iRO, but the other link is definitely not the description we've got

Stats are not done, waiting on a stat reset to remove the Luk, which would give me 50 base Int (72 total with bless).

I'm not sure if I want to keep 90 Vit or lower it. Acid bomb fucks me, but I'm enjoying the status resistance.

Pro build you got there. I would say cut the vit. I find 60-80 to be fine on a serious support linker.

Hi. I have no clue about TKM's - so I thought to post here is the best solution. I know which skills is for - but still I am confused how to set up an useful skillplan.
I want to create a TKM which is mainly for killing Skeig. and Mini Valk's.
So could anyone help me with a useful skilltree ? I have no clue about ANY preskills from TK and if there is no need later for them I could get rid of them - get weak support skills (like sprint instead) and leech it to anyjob LVL via Archer/Mage/whatever.

And well ... I didn't get the meaning of the Skill "SLS Opposition". Could someone help me ?
Heard pure Heat TKM's won't use Shadow anymore ? O_o

well just give me some useful informations, sincer I never met someone who got a really good knowledge about this class and build (pure Heat)

TKM builds go there, this is a thread for posting the characters. I'd help you but I know little about TKM's aside from what I've watched.

Was wondering why most of you opted for an immune instead of noxious on your WoE linkers~ you won't be tanking any asuras...

I end up getting hit by a ton of neutral element things, guardians for one. If I was in a situation where noxious would be better chances are I'll probably die anyway. Immunes don't automatically mean anti-asura garment only.
