Valkyrie server only maintenance.
Teleport Sp consumption decreased to 100
Specific town warps added to Prontera kafras
Cost of Upgrading reduced back to Premium server rates. There is no safe upgrade level on Valkyrie without enriched upgrade stone.
Well re-adding some warps is nice, but still sounds like it'd be nice to have them all.
