A few changes and Database beta!

Changed the layout of a few sub forums, the various news and patch note sub forums have their own section, while announcements, CS and the new database help forum have their own section.


We'd also like to announce the beta testing of the iRO Wiki Database:

It is a port of Amesani's database provided by Soukosa. We're currently polishing it up and making sure all bugs are squashed.

If you notice any bugs, or inaccurate info, please report it in the new Database Help (http://forums.irowiki.org/forumdisplay.php?f=106) forum.

has a 15 sec search downtime, not good if a name was mistyped and someone is in a hurry
