So I've been designing an outfit for my future second HP. She's NOT suppose to look kawaiidesdesu pinkfulness...
:] I wanted to cross her with kinda an alice look since D:'' I have a pet alice.
Aparently someone else also thought up of an apron on their outfit as well ;; which made me sad but its ok. D: mine has frills!!!... u_u; so much for not girly.
But... yah. >:\ not so pink outfit! I'm thinking maybe dark purple, blue, or black. @_@ still cant decide!!!!!

Just a bit of creative criticism; This feels very flat. The large "fields" of color, like the pumpkin, her skirt, his cape/vest/pants all lack definition and contrast. Either you need to add more details, like wrinkles, folds, etc, or you need to darken your shadows and make your highlights brighter, because IMO, this looks very unfinished. :[

Actually the eye patch is a nice idea with your ensemble. Gives it that added something, not to mention I always wanted to call your character one of the Broken. An idea i have in my head for particular character types. But yea, I think the eye patch gives it an edge.

I use the pencil tool in open canvas and reduce the size down to 0.6-0.7. Nothing too fancy.

So... i had some spare time and i sketched up something for the heck of it...

No one in particular. I was going to draw my gypsy hair but I thought... fuck it D: i don't have time to go into uber detail on long hair. ^0^ Yay for hair swooping into the face <3 Yay for failure with hands and feet. I was going to have her shoes lace up like egytian like shoes slipper... things. D:'' I need to get my detailing straight!

I made her skirt kinda like... Egyptian... ish...

I just started picking up my tablet pen again cause... (: Someone inspires me to.
So like... trying to draw again feels awkward. Its unbelievable how impatient I am D: UGH.
This head so far took me like an hour cause i kept zooming in and out to make sure things were proportional... which i still don't think it is... then fixing and moving things around ;( forgetting to layer things correctly... then epically stopping to take a nap 8D.

haa, do you except C+C? I'm going to point out something about the head you drew, and hopefully I won't be flamed to death. ;o;

The back of the head isn't "substantial" enough; needs a little more there in order for her head to be anatomically correct. And while the eye closest to us is supposed to be bigger, hers is just a teensy weensy itty bitty little bit too big, considering the almost full-frontal angle of her face. Buuuut! It looks GREAT so far; the lines are PERFECT (as usual), and the hair... omg the hair... the angel ears are adorable and make me jealous that you can draw them so cutely, and I'm super eager to see moooaaaar!

(tippity tip tip: if something seems "off" about your pic, try flipping it horizontally! Mistakes are easier to catch that way when you look from a different "point of view")
