The 2009 Calendar Project is a not for profit community endeavour sponsored by Rune-Midgarts.net.

If you aren't in time to claim a month or don't have time to provide a full picture, we are also seeking artists to design RAGNAROK related clip art to illustrate the calendar pages, as well as extra participants to ink, colour and/or provide backgrounds for other artists.

There's no such thing as bad art. If you don't feel comfortable volunteering for a full picture, we're looking for people to do clip art for the calendar grid as well. :)

That's great you have something, but you might want to check the forums since the calendar has a theme. xD

I would love to do something. Although, I'd rather just do a drawing/sketch and have someone else do the ink/color. (I can do both but I'm far from wonderful at coloring).

Put me down for a full image. Also, what's an approximate deadline? Is there one? =o~

The project is coming along nicely so far. The community has progressed to assigning particular classes, genders and cities to particular months. But we're still in the process of brainstorming and this is all democratic, so feel free to stop on by if you haven't already. : D

They're both real. Naida and I were working together but we had some disagreements about how things should be done so she decided to split and restart her original project. Just a quick update: I know the site is down. It's been down for a couple days. My host is having a severe outage or summat, I'm not entirely sure since I can't seem to get anyone from tech support because it's effecting them as well. Either way, I have written to them and, as of 6pm EST last night, they are working on it. Hopefully the site will be back soon.

I'm glad people are so eager for the site to come back. xD

Anyway, some things are still under construction but you should be able to use the forum without too much trouble. You'll be logged out if you leave the site or go to the front blog page, but otherwise the forum is working.

I'm working on the rest of it as we speak.

They're all there, you just have to be logged in. They've been viewable to registered members only for a while to protect the ideas from possible plagiarists.

Update: So, I've been waiting for some sort of help with our cookie problems from the forum creators and the mod creators with no such luck. They're all AWOL, apparently. This has led me to one solution and one solution only: no more linked users. Everyone who has already registered will have the same accounts, but any new people will have to register for the blog and/or forums separately. This will also mean that you will have to log-in twice, once for the blog and once for the forum. However if you choose to have the site remember you it won't be a massive inconvenience.

Sorry for all the trouble and down time.

If the site isn't up by this evening, it'll be up on Wednesday or Thursday.

We're back!

There are still a lot of aesthetic/presentation type things that need work on the site, so please don't write to me about them. I'm aware of what needs fixing. All of the important stuff works, so go have at it! I'll try to spend a little time every day fixing things up but it may take me some time because I am working full-time right now.

Please also note that the blog and the forum now have separate log-in pages.
