Character Art Freebies.

Edit: Please limit it to 1 character, to be fair to others. Please decide on the character AND outfit beforehand, instead of giving me a choice between several screenshots, (ideally, you would just show me 1 frontal full body screenshot) so that I don't have to juggle a lot of images per request. No couple art whatsoever, as that would force me to go beyond my 2-3 hour completion time per piece. I encourage any and all special preferences you may have to help guide my drawing.=)

Hi,

I sometimes draw character art freebies of people’s characters. Reply to this or message me with a screenshot of your character, along with any details you may want me to know, and I’ll add your character to its proper list. Every time I want to draw a character, I select from one of the lists using a completely random selector, and always draw the one who comes up, then message it to the winner. I’ve done this for a while on the popular Gaia forum site, and am now doing it for the most popular MMORPGs, including:

World of Warcraft
Guild Wars
FlyFF
IMVU
Final Fantasy XI
Gaia Online
City of Heroes/Villains
Aeria Games
Outspark Games

Here are the more popular examples of the ones I’ve done for other game forums. They always take me between 1-3hrs each. Many are quite anime-looking, but I can attempt a more realistic style upon request. Just let me know any preferences you have at all.
I can also add any original character of your own creation, or a character of yours from any unlisted MMO, (sorry, no couple art, as that would force me to spend more time on the piece), which go in a special Misc. list for those purposes, but please limit it to 1 character request per game, to be fair to others. Feel free to ask to be added. Everyone gets added, no one gets rejected.=)

I go a lot on gaia, but I never really spend a lot of times on their forums. Their size scares me a little. And everything moves so fast and the spam in certain sections o__O! But i really like what you do. The two last ones are really gorgeous, especially that they look wallpaper worthy. Love the folds and anatomy ( I like how you do toes)

Oh, and I always draw my dancer with unessecarily large boobs and a necklace sitting on her neck, wrapped around a few times that has a black + dangling from it. She has yellow / gold eyes and a curvy figure.

Oooh I really like what youve done so far. Ok since you asked for a screenie here you go of my gypsy Rowanne:

Only edits are that she has a crescent moon under right eye (like how my avatar has a star under her right eye); she wears ballet slippers instead of sandals, has very faint stars on her gossamer pants and her hair is actually white/silvery. Oh and since you cant see it, her hair is really long in the back and is tied loosely at the end in a pony tail. Also not sure if you could see them very well, the black middle head gear are evil wing ears, or bat wings. Oh and again since its not shown, she uses a red whip as a weapon--nothing fancy just your normal everyday Dominatrix whip.

Hair is pink, eyes are blue. Armour is gold, rather than silver. She's short (about 5' 2") but wears 3" stilleto boots. Also: she's fat with a large bosom and an hourglass figure. I tried to keep it short and sweet.

Costume: Since she's battle, she'd probably be wearing chainmail or plate armor of some kind on her...but it would be cute! :D Like shoulder pauldrons that lace up with pink ribbon or something. XD Be creative, again, I don't really care. Costume mods are always cool if you feel like it. She does wear fishnets with her boots and does not have the feathered part on her cape, though ;o
Body markings: She has a series of various-sized blue stars and random swirly things to the sides of both boobies :D Also has a small studded nose piercing on the left side of her nose.
Personality: She's a battle alchemist and basically a crazy killer woman who likes to bash things in (think Go Go Yubari from Kill Bill :D). However, when she's not smashing something's head in, she's blowing things up in her chemistry lab (that's why she's battle...she can't mix to save her life 8D WAHA.) and yelling at/accidently stepping on her retardo vani, Cupcake (he's evolved, and despite his gender, wears flamboyantly effeminate bows). She generally has a sweet demeanor outside of battle. However, while fighting, she's quite serious.

I'm really only using loose terms (they may not even be the correct terminology), but I just mean the contrast from deep lines and shadows within the art (think marvel/dc... most "American" styled comics anyway) to the use of simpler line forms and "soft", or somewhat faded tones colors. Anime seems to lean towards the latter.

I'm no art major but I've got a few buddies that always rant and rave about stuff like that. They tell me it's hard to merge the two styles but a good example was Masamune Shirow (Intron Depot, Ghost in a Shell, Appleseed). Anyway, I may or may not know art... but I certainly know what I like :)

-Her name is Dawn Escapes
-Her ears aren't crazy super long elven ears, they're more subtle.
-Her headgear (technically a circlet) is more of a headband. (Too bad dancers can't actually wear these ;o;)
-The hair near her face is longer in the front than the back.
-Finally, I really like the style of the pictures that Shinji posted (reposted from your DA account?). If you wanted to not color it at all, or just do one color like the ace card that would be most awesome.

It's too bad we can't stop time every now and then :( (I know I could use an extra hour or two a day... well, actually, I wish I didn't need at least 4-5 hours of sleep to function and only had to sleep for 30 seconds like that one movie, "My Favorite Martian")

Hehe, they're actually two different pieces of headgear. One's Evil Wing Ears, goes on the mid slot of the head, the other's Succubus horns which sell for about 70m zenny.

No, he didn't get banned because of that. In fact, he didn't even receive a warning for it. It was all about the anti-mod drama that spawned from the WHAT/TT thread that got subsequently deleted, and IRC.

Thats my boyfriend + my characters. The paladin on the left has brown eyes and the high priestess on the right has golden brown eyes. Names are -Marc and Kendruh. Either one, its up to you what you feel like drawing. :P

This first pic is of my Alchemist. He's got brown eyes and his skin tone is a light brown shade. Height around 6'. He wears glasses as well. If you could, please include him reading that book. Also, if you draw pets, include little Lucy there.

Silvana's about 6'1 - 6'2. Eyes are an Ice Blue due to the contacts he wears. Skin's Light brown as well. If possible, he has a look of Solemnity on his face, that or he's just bored.


If I have to choose, I'd say Silvana, out of main character respect. Maybe one day I could get Eva done as well. Me hopes so.

i've been drawing a different way recently=) i go to gaia online, my fave forum site, and make a thread saying that the first person to reply gets drawn. it feels a lot more fun and interactive and 'alive' that way, than going with a list^-^ i also just draw them, no coloring or shading. you can see them here if you like:

Well, might as well get on the ball while I can. Here's a few reference of my crusader...well, he's a paladin now, but just draw him as a sader.

That crusader would be Tox Garou, a most bitchin' fellow. He has red eyes, brown hair and usually a smug look on his face. Also, it's not drawn on him in the reference picture, but he has a black blinker with a white outline of a half-closed eye in the center that he wears around his left wrist if he's not using it. Here's a reference of what it should look like, even though it's drawn in paint...

Also, his weapon of choice is a Byeollungum (which basically looks like a katana with a tassel at the hilt).
