Logos Contest

So seeing as this is a fresh start, we're asking for submissions for new logos! What we need:

75 x 75 Wiki Logo
16x16 and possibly 32x32 Favicon
Forum Header, not sure about the specifics of this.

I'd say a week is a good deadline? Unless I get a riot from that :3

I'd be interested in trying out and probably failing in a forum header just for fun but I never really know what size I should aim for :x

edit: my probably failing was the smallest font on the last forums, turned out to be one of the biggest here. Oh god.

Could I get an example of what kind of thing you're looking for as a Wiki logo and Favicons? (I might try doing one of those or a forum header if my program doesn't shit out on me)

Well, if you go to Doddler's wiki site and look at his logo in the top left, something like that but for us with our own identity. Anything you can come up with is appreciated, just trying to get a "brand" for iroWiki started.

Also, Loli Ruris are out xD; If you can get it to go along with the Logo/Header that's what we're looking for.

It's not limited, except by common sense.
Anything over 150px high would probably be excessive. And Width? 600~800 somewhere around there might be a good place to limit it.

I vote on that for the wiki <3 The new way you write it with the swirl and twinkle is hot. For those doing the forum header or attempt to, they could probably use that to put on their picture, or something. I know I'd love to use it +_+

I like Clampboy's too, but i think where the writing is, it should be white instead of light-blue background. Its too blue otherwise. Or a much lighter blue would work too.

Wow! Amazing work! I think that last one is awesome. However, bright blue hurts my eyes after awhile. @_@

Interesting work, but the blue does get annoying after a while. Perhaps throwing in a complementary color would help?

It'd be very easy to keep the basic shape of the logo but make different variations by changing colors. That way, everyone could be happy. :3 I also really like the logo & forum header btw. Very professional looking!

The 'problem' isn't the logo, it lies more in the whole forum's color set, using different shades of only one bright color is hard on the eyes, for me at least.

I really like CLAMPboy's design; I can take bright colors; it's the dark colors that bug my eyes. I love the clean look to it; I won't even try to compete since I wasn't able to get a hold of a copy of photoshop yet xD

Oh my gosh! I really like the poring idea, and the light colors. I think different color themes would be awesome too. The text is a little killer, if people are going to be going through hundreds of posts. Maybe Green to offset the blue? Or a darker text. I think a black background version, would be nicer too :D
