Instant Cast with 1 Dex / With 150 Dex without Battle Chant

+10 (Slotted Headgear) of Caster [Kathryne Keyron] (Top Headgear) -10% (Magic Eyes works too)
Spell Master's Sunglasses [Dark Illusion] (Middle Headgear) -20%
Orleans' Plate [1] (L-Hand) -10%
Dark Lord Card (Shoes)
2x Glove of Orleans of Bigmouth [Berzebub Card] (Accessory) -60%

Don't say it won't work. It works.

If someone had this they could make a 99 Vit 99 Int High Wizard, a 1 Dex Champion (asura obviously), ect. Now doesn't that sound fun? :)

That is a Dame of Sentinel Card in the Valkyrie Armor. (Not lv99, at lv99 a base of 84 int is possible)
Without Dame of Sentinel Card, if you use a Box of Gloom (Evil Cloud Hermit Card) you can still reach 150 Dex (Improve Concentration Lv1) but that does not last very long.

Note: Dame of Sentinel is released in out, and Glove of Orleans is 11.3

An ME priest with above build would be very nice, or a support build with more vit and then an Apple of Archer instead of Ramen Hat.

Since 150 DEX = no cast time
30 DEX = 20% cast time reduction
25 DEX = somewhere below 20%..maybe 15%?I'm not sure too.

If not,add with Staff Of Wing,that would be -95% cast time reduction..the rest of it depends on the DEX of the caster.

The reduction from dex is different than the reduction from equips/cards.

With 30 dex it would be something like:
casttime = 100% casttime * 0.8 (from 30 dex) * 0.1 (from equips)

Even with 140 dex and all the equips i listed there would be still cast bar (for a very short amount of time though, but still no instant cast).

Foresight does not stack additively with anything else. Same with Imp/Siroma Card.

I heard there's a 99 Champ on iRO Loki with 1 base dex and 99 int, I think his name is Medic, he doesn't even use cast time reduction gear, but he does use morpheus set. He wanted "Max Dmg" asura, although there are a few AGI Champs on Loki and they low-no dex, they rely on the no miss spirit sphere dmg I believe.

but back to the point, i said agi hwiz because you can get up to around 270 flee with agi food and honey pastry (even the 230 without those is good) which would allow the ability to solo with instant cast and 99 int which is pretty hot imo. if it was not agi, then vit would be the next choice not str. str is like 3rd on the list, but more weight is not as helpful with gym passes anyway.

Tifa, point of this thread was not what is best in WoE or PvM, just the soul purpose of getting instant cast without the use of battle chant. Why don't you try and add something that can help instead of just mock? If you, obviously, know something we do not, please share.

If you are rich, Vesper Sunglasses (+2 Dex) can help.
If iRO ever gets the following items:
Skeleton Manteau(+2 Dex) Garment (Currently an item from Ragnarök Mobile)
Robo Eyes (+1 Dex) Mid Headgear (Possible Kafra Shop Item, currently in kRO Shop)

Then even less vit would be needed to use Observation card, if both are released, Observation card would not even be needed.

it's pretty easy to get 150 dex without battlechant, especially on a scholar since they naturally have 2 dex over high wizards.

99+11 dex (110)
+8 nimble gloves (118)
+4 ramen hat (122)
+1 valk armor (123)
+4 dex rod (127)
+10 blessing (137)
+10 dex food (147)

and either...
+5? lv 1 improve concentration from box of gloom, which are annoying to acquire... i think it gave me +5 last time i used one (152)

+5 battle command from guild leader during WoE (152)

i'm sure those won't be necessary with some of the gear we'll be getting in the future.

edit: after looking at the gear above, technically it is possible without battlechant, box of gloom, or battle command. vesper sunnies + amon ra shoes = +3 dex? that would also make 150, but those are luxury items.

yea, i was trying to find a way that, though the items are rare, is not impossible to get. The Orleans Gloves will be dropped from the bow guardian in thor which im sure many people will hunt because of the usefulness they have and since they are part of the Orleans plate combo. The Dame of Sentinel card will be semi-rare, but since people level in TT it will not be impossible to get.

i have DL/DI combo on sakray. i think the set gives a total of 30% reduction. +10% from DI and +20% from combo = 30% total if i'm not mistaken
