Pneuma... hows it work with flee?

Okay, I've never been 100% sure with pneuma, and never put enough patience into testing this but...

If I'm tanking a monster attacking me and my flee rate against it is 95%. Then lets say for this experiment, there is 30 monsters attacking me with ranged attacks. If I have pneuma up on top of my character, does my flee rate get reduced or not?

I don't think so. I've been playing with my FS priest for a long while in ID3 and I've never notice the reduce in flee when pneuma is place on my assassin partner. So in the end, only the monster attacking you (the non-ranged one) affects your flee :)

but lets say i'm in high orcs and i have 2 high orcs and 2 arclouses on me and i'm dodging them pretty welll! lets then throw like 5 archers into it! i'm getting raped:O!!!!
now if i throw a pneu on top of myself; i go back to dodging the 4 none ranged monsters as i did before!

That was how it worked for me when I was in ID3:confused:. My assassin partner had his flee reduce to nothing when there were 5 gazzeti and a mob of titans. As soon as I placed pneuma over him he dodged the mobs of titans fine. This happened on several occasions too!

Pneuma basically lets you dodge ranged monsters as if they weren't even attacking. As someone else mentioned I too recall people being able to flee after a pneuma is down.
