Wow. Come on people. Give it some love. Sure, they did screw but I like the idea of having old animes back. I want to see Nadia remaked too... I really loved Slayers. One of first animes I watched as a kid and even to this date, I still like it.

I'd also like to say that I don't believe this. There are no sources linked in those articles except for what is supposedly the "official Hajime Kanzaka fan club" (can anyone read Japanese?) and it's a bit odd to me that there will supposedly be more information in the April issue of Dragon magazine ...

Anyway, it's way too late for there to be more Slayers shows in my opinion. There was talk of a fourth season many years ago but there wasn't sufficient interest from the fanbase for it to go forward. I can't imagine that has changed much. Furthermore, there can't possibly be enough money in such a project to interest anyone ... so I think this is bogus.

But we'll see.

Oh, and I think TRY sucked not just because it was an anime exclusive storyline but also because the entire season was treated like one massive and extended trailer for Lost Universe.

I thought Lost Universe was pretty cool, kinda stupid but funny.

Most rumours from the past about a fourth slayers series revolved around later storylines from the novels. Then fans got emo because it would only contain half the original cast from pre-Try.

Apparently there's rumors of a new movie too.

Will be nice to see The Slayers with in modern digital art style instead of faded animation cels, hopefully. But, as for series quality I guess we can't expect too much.
