Not very well. It's something that might work early on but it'll be incredibly slow later. NOT recommended.

Stat wise as a swordie, it really depends on HOW you plan to kill things. If you have a friend that can tank stuff and you can afford to spend money on sp recovery items, then just dump your stats into str, dex and vit and spam Magnum break. Otherwise starting with a str, agi, dex build and then slowly ramping up your vit over time also works.

Seems like STR/VIT/DEX/INT are the most important. Leaving AGI/LUK as leftover skills. How low can I get by with as far as the leftover skills? Am I going about this all wrong? Is there many 1 AGI RK's out there or is that just silly? :popcorn:


My current build:

100 str
1 agi
95 vit
100 int
90 dex
51 luk

Can't say I'm completely happy with it, as there were times I wish I had more dex/int for DB. I doubt people actually get a lot of agi nowadays, since it's relatively easy to get decent aspd for DB/melee with buffs and food. Imo, you don't really need that much agi, maybe 30-50 max if you were pure DB or something.

Just came back to ro, seems like hs build is pretty good now, any ideas for stats/skills for it? and is it the best i could get for mvping?
oh yeah, funds around 100m on ymir, got some basic gear only atm ;/

I need help on build. I have never play RK before but now my friend gave me this account with lv 95 LK.

My aim is to have the woe build RK who can do DB, CS and HS. I would be nice to have your suggestion for both skills tree, state and gear.

I know I'm asking a lot. It's just that I never play RK before so I basically need to know everything.

Currently, I can't decide between bowling bash, spear boomerang and parrying, but I am kind of leaning on dropping bowling bash to get SB and Parrying.

Drop Parry, get BB. You can put the remaining points in Spear Mastery.
1) You won't be using Parry if you plan to HS/DB.
2) Without IB, mobs that are resistant to DB could be a problem. BB takes care of them.

IN pre-renewal there is no big different with spear mastery 10, i don't know if they change it in renewal, thats why i ask...
why can noone give me a solid answer

Masteries are now multiplied by skills modifiers, hence they're useful.
