Thanks.

I'm not going to be healing or ressing anything, so that's okay.

That sucks. For other skills it's the whole skill?

Mystical Amp applies to an entire spell.

Waterball is weird, though.  When you "cast" waterball, what you're actually doing is proccing multiple casts of the spell.  Each WB is its own spell.

Now if iRO were anything like pservers, you could amp after the spell and it would take effect.  But I don't know if that'd work on iRO.

It does, amp after casting spells that is.

You can do that. Amping a spell after casting it will amp it if the spell is still in effect (like SG -> amp), which is usually the way you want to do it anyway.

EDIT : Guess I should refresh the thread, oh well.

ASPD helps for ganbantein a ton, that's why you used to get it I guess. Every other skills also depends on ASPD besides MS (as far as I know, someone correct me if I missed something!).

Aegis is a lot more complicated than that. Ganbantein for instance has zero cast delay and animation if it fails, but a fixed animation delay if it succeeds.

Though we did some testing and yeah, MS is definitely not ASPD dependent.

Meteor storm is aspd dependent.

Up to you. 25 agi isn't going to make that big of a difference so you could go for the vit. Vit is good for pvm and if you don't have full stun resist it's decent for woe I guess. Though 25 vit isn't going to help much against stun. But yeah if you want to optimize meteor storm do that build.
