Never got a definitive answer, I got laid off while I was going through that process.  So all I know for certain is that I didn't break it.  MRI would've been after my insurance was cut, so I called to cancel it.

I stopped benching for a few months and just did floor press.  I also started doing hammer curls when I picked it back up.  I think it may have just been biceps tendonitis from benching, along with a severe shoulder strain from maxing, so I had some impingement going on along with the obvious pain from the strain and just didn't let up like a dummy.

Poor scapular control and heavily imbalanced rotator cuff muscles (it's my fucking mouse hand, lettuce be real here) is the cause. Gets crazy bad when I game if I don't do constant prehab/rehab.

Further sacrificed my body to sheiko. Bench almost 400 lbs now.

So I always thought I was good at deadlifts and shit at squat and really shit at bench. Turns out I just hadn't filled my pretty huge frame out. I'm really good at bench and squats and uh still good at deadlifts.

I started lifting in mid june after having open heart surgery a second time in march. It owns.


I'm also apparently pretty large for my height after actually measuring stuff. Who knew?? I always thought I was tiny.
