How to get to Nameless Island/Cursed Abbey?

I saw at ROFuture wiki about Nameless Island /Cursed Abbey. How do you get there? If it's not in iRO yet, once it come out, how do you get there?

It's not in iRO yet, and you have to head one map south of Veins and take the boat.

Access to the island is part of a quest. Prereqs are the rachel sanctuary quest and the veins sibblings quest. Quest starts at Zhed, and takes you south of veins where you take the boat to the island.

When there's enough people not doing the quest to get to the map with complaints, they might eventually change the requirements (like how they did with the President's Quest in Juno on votes).
