Ragnarok new worldmap :O

Is that a new Ragnarok worldmap

Simply wow. Seems like after more than 5 years and endless episodes, we only touch about less than 1/5 of the world we're exploring. Ragnarok in itself is a universe that continues to expand with each update. Can someone please verify this map?

This worldmap has been ingame for several episodes, you can see the map in several places, like thanatos tower i think and the airship.

Not sure if the developers plan to make use of the whole map for future episodes.

Wow, if it true, Ro will have the large exploring world in MMO.

Wasn't that animation posted here a while ago? IIRC that map can be found in the Captain's room on the airship

A much larger version of that map was on the iRO site once.

Before Juno/Einbroch etc. I tried to search google images, but no luck.
You can also find it in the Kiel Cottage.

I have a feeling Himeyasha might have a much larger version of it, or something similar...

I asked Dashiva a long time ago but I don't think he was able to find it.

The world is going 3D! Instead of expanding to the new continent, they're expanding to the other worlds of norse mythology. Episode 13 takes place in Alfheim for example. There's 9 worlds in total, there's a lot of room.

We discovered about half of Rune Midgard's world habitable places. The center of the map shows arunafeltz peninsula, so, maybe the west would have a new nation or more arunafeltz cities.

The northern part of Swartzvald has a mountain range, that appeared on Hugel territories, and reappeared again with the Ice Cave.

then yes but it's just a guesstimate image of the world if it actually looked like the ingame images that I made a long time ago based off the ingame graphics and the rocards.de worldmap.

It's in no way official and a bunch of it was my imagination at work and was something I made to guess where the world would expand to. Gravity then said fuck you to me and made a portal to a new world.

You can see some fucks ups with it like arunfeiz which is too big the mystery lake in the west whatnot :P
btw How the hell did you know I had one.

I used to think it would have been cool if they had designed the other side of the world and had started with it placed it as a second server and then slowly moved towards merging those 2 servers but yeah... imagination gone wild mmk.

I think farther west is the Maroll Kingdom.

Maybe they didn't finish the whole map, because they are lazy, and didn't have MJL to finish the manwha. =/

Woul be really cool to have the whole arunafeltz area and the peninsulas of the west.

Gravity now fucked up with the whole story.

They could easily add in a shit ton of maps, and fill the whole world.
However, they would most likely suffer the same fate as a lot of the maps already in... noone ever ever goes to them, and they just waste space on the servers =P

I wonder if any more story lines will come from the Maroll Kingdom?

I believe a while ago Gravity said that episode 12 with the destruction of morroc (it could be after 13, maybe i'm wrong) was the end of expanding the main continent and they planned to add future updates to other areas (i think they did say the other continent?).

Also that tiny map is also in places like on some random wall in the cottage in the Kiel Hyre quest.

I remember the most notable part of seeing the map was on the wall in the biolabs entrance quest.

I just hate seeing the map because of all the mysteriously ignored locations... That island south of lighthalzen? The red and yellowish area near lutie? That giant lake in arunafeltz? Lots of areas near the other asian cities to be explored...
