Lightbulb More Intimidateable Skills?

I recently found out that the skill Tomahawk Throwing was able to be copied by Intimidate. Perhaps other skills (Hormun skills, Merc skills) are copyable by intimidate? Can anyone start testing this?

I think it's just tomahawk throwing; because it counts as a player skill.

Crash (merc skill) and Moonlight (Filir skill) would be nice to learn though, as (of course) would Vani's Self-Destruction!

I was pretty sure that those couldn't be copied. But, what about other gear-only skills?

Nah, it's a forced element. I doubt it would take the same element as arrows. Still, it's 100% of your attack in a 9 cell ranged attack of the wind element, and only costs 1 sp. Good for those dagger rogues who want to get some range.

Marriage skills (those are tied to ring, aren't they?) and Christmas Carol?

Uhm, none of those are copy-able because they cant target the rogue.

What about the dark-soul strike whatever its called from the necromancer hood? Someone test that one.

That's actually a monster skill granted by equipment, and is probably pre-flagged so rogues can't copy it. It's just like how rogues can't copy earthquake from the ifrit card.

Yeah, both of these are impossible. I might poke around the game data later to check some stuff, but I'm not sure what I'll find.

I would probably rather use shield boomerang (neutral, 11 range, 250% dmg, 12 sp) - although the 1 sp of Tomahawk Throwing is definitely a plus.

Hurricane Fury casts pulse strike, a monster skill.

I already listed all other equipment-only skills, none of which deal damage. Everything else that various equips cast are monster skills.

^ It's likely to be a monster skill. According to everyone's favourite dubious database, it's pulse strike (like Cornus uses).

edit: darn, too slow.

Hmm.... I seem to have found a new equip based skill in the client data. It was found at the very bottom of the skills list, and is flagged for all jobs. Here it is:

ALL_PARTYFLEE#
A warm flower wind, blow softly here!!
Detail : ^777777Flower^000000
#
//skillnametable.txt
ALL_PARTYFLEE#
Blow Flowerwind
#

Perhaps a skill that increases flee?

Prolly not intimidateable tho.

That is highly doubtful. I think those were used in a similar way as stat items, and if it was this, then why would they program it in as a skill that can appear on your skill list?

Edit: It could be possible that the huge spray of flowers does it, but the party buff items are also programmed differently than this. It is quite probable tho.

They have skilldesc's for nugget craft and create coin, coma, fullrecovery, suicide, levelup, gravity, ... (every HP exclusive skill)... none of which will ever show up on alt+s.

I'm pretty sure that all flee auto-cast by the consumable from last spring quest. (as stated above). The fact that its coded differently only tells me that gravity likes being inconsistent (which hopefully isn't a surprise to anyone).

I might be looking at the other skilldesc table. I didn't see those skills on that table.
