Thief: GX Job Guide Quest

i may be blind searching... but i completed the diora and compiled the info. i chose the 1st option. and now im stuck. where to next? is there any guide online avail? thanks

I got stuck on step 6 of that guide, the next npc wont give any infomation so kinda stuck since iRO forums are down.

nvm had to talk to diora again. seems she'll point you in the direction of each NPC if you get stuck.

Seems like talking to her too much might lower your grade at the end so you dont get a jewellery box.

not liking this 1 hour waiting ordeal.

*Wait for npc at some non disclosed location and if you fail you wait 10 min more*

You can log out at any point during those 1 hr and 3 hr wait periods, and it will still count the timer down. The specified time in the quest window will indicate when the timer is done.

I logged out on the trigger point, since i normally forget what I was doing the previous day lol.

That way as soon as i logged in it triggered (that was the 3 hour one). sucks this quest will take 2-3 days for a lot of people.

The portal on the "waiting after 3 hours" is not appearing. I was late for about 5 hours. Is this a bug?

At step 11, the peddler doesnt really tell me anything and neither do the next 2 npcs, whats wrong?

Ok got it, should add a step between 10 and 11, to talk to daora again.

I arrived a bit late on the 3 hour thing as well. Anyone know what to do to fix that?

Being late shouldn't affect it. I was a few minutes late for the one hour portion, and a day late for the three hour and had no problems for either.

Edit: Nevermind, NOW my quest log updates.

Yep, logging out or being late DOESN'T affect the quest. In fact, you can come back anytime after the specified time on your quest log. Problems may arise, however, if there are too many people taking the GX quest. As stated in a lot of guides, if someone fails that part of the test, everyone else will have to wait another 10 minutes before entering. Quite a bother really.

For some reason, on step 23/24, where im suppose to find the guild member that warps me to a new map. the one south of rachel doesnt want to warp me. and there is no NPC at the location veins05 map that was specified in the guide... anyone else had this problem?

tip: you can actually farm the pope cookie (if u want) when killing the priest from rachel in the last part.

i discovered that when i 1st killed him, i forgot to speak to the npc inside the area where i killed him so i was warped out and failed the mission(but i still got the cookie) so i tried it again and i got my 2nd cookie XD i should have farmed it (it gives decent effect) but i was going late for woe

stuck on the part where you have to ask daora for 1 glass...its been about an hour of close to straight spamming her with that option...i feel like im doing something wrong but i dont know what it could be...is it an option at appears after a certain amount of times? is it a low "proc" option that appears?
