It was marked Holy likely because of the in-game skill description.

Give Holy power to the caster's weapon and have a certain chance to ignore the target's defense rate in a melee physical attack.

Well, we all know for fact that in-game skill descriptions are unreliable and even misleading for the most part. It's very likely that the "Holy power" part is just flavor text or something for the buff of this skill. Also, the "element" field only applies for skills that inflict damage, as the field also adds the page in Forced Element Skills category.
